Blog, schmog. Smog, really. This page is my version of the blog, one tended to sporadically. Occasionally nurtured at best. Yes, it really is hot enough to fry eggs on the streets in Phoenix. I just wouldn't recommend eating them...

We celebrated Christmas Eve with a formal dinner in the Brockway House. We enjoyed Margaret's enchiladas, turkey with cranberry sauce, salad with fresh vegetables picked from the local CSA and a fresh strawberry apple pie from Linda's with vanilla ice cream.

Good riddance to 2007! Preparations are underway for the 2008 New Year's Day gathering.

Roosevelt Row originally emerged from three small galleries on East Roosevelt Street and has since grown to include more than 300 businesses, neighborhood associations and downtown residents.

Cindy Dach and I operate a no-kill cat adoption and rescue shelter. In 2006, we rescued over 100 cats and kittens. Each animal was retained, spayed or nuetered, tested and adopted into a home. Click the photo for more information.
